Supreme Title Company is attorney owned and provides closings for residential home sales, commercial properties and re-finances. They play an important role in the purchase and sale of real estate and have constant involvement from the time the contract is signed until the transfer of title is complete. They work to make sure that this complex procedure is carried out in compliance with the instructions of all the parties involved and in the most pleasing and efficient manner possible. They prepare contracts of sale, handle ground rent purchases & prepare deed transfers. This Baltimore logo design client wanted a bold logo which was not too stiff.
About Supreme Title Company's Logo Design:
Our Baltimore logo design client ordered our Executive package that lets them have 8 logo concepts along with free business cards and custom stationary design. They wanted something that would stand out in a crowd as unique and creative. They wanted their logo design to be professional and traditional apart from being simple.
Our Baltimore logo design client already had a logo that was gold and black and wanted some creative ideas for their new logo design that could be used on their printed materials and their website. They did not want us to use the flag colors red, white and blue together. Baltimore logo design client wanted us to incorporate their tag line “Don't "Settle" For Less” in the new logo design. After getting the design concepts from the client our designer went to work to come up with a variety of concepts.
Supreme liked logo # 2 of all eight logo concepts and asked for slight changes. The illustration on the left side of the font defines the legal role of a title company. D in “Don't” was lined up under the column and the use of font from logo # 5 was advised by the client. Fonts were made stronger and the SUPREME was made to stand out a little more. A shadow was included below the column to add more dimension.
As per Baltimore logo design client’s requirement we modernized the look yet kept the logo design professional and high energy.
