Kachele Realty Company will be involved with lots of real estate business in the South of Florida, including the selling, buying, renting, and managing residential, investment and commercial real estate. Together with their emerging success, they wanted to commission a corporate logo befitting of their field, one that expresses trustworthiness, integrity and motivation. Aside from this, we also had instructions to make it look inviting and warm, since the company aims to satisfy and impress their clients starting with a sincere welcome.

All of these characteristics emerged from the stylized letter logo our team created. The orange and blue design represents fine architecture and realty, forming the recognizable letter “K”. Beneath it is the company name, the word “Kachele” given prominence in large capital letters.  The company name is rendered in the solid color of blue using a professional-looking font style. Overall, this logo is a contemporary design that veers away from intimidating the viewer. It seeks to convey a clear message of performance, responsibility and integrity.
