This very client has its head office located in Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035, Clackamas County. It is a real estate appraisal company.

The client wanted their logo design to have some sort of affiliation with a mortgage-related company. That was the reason why they were bent upon incorporating the image of a house into their company logo design.

In an effort to offer our client with a wide variety of choice, we offered them the flexibilty of choosing from a total of three innovative-looking logo designs. Two of them were similar in appearance with the exception of font size. The third had the image of a tangy orange-tinged house incorporated into it. The tangy color gave the design it's energetic and mentally stimulating features.
