The Desert Western Properties Company is mapped out in La Quinta, California 92253, Riverside County. The real estate company deals in both residential and commercial properties located within a desert community.

The client wanted their logo design to be a complete business package. They wanted their logo to blend visually on websites and full color brochures. We helped them create two logos in this respect. Both logos comprised of a pair of palm trees with the outline of a residential property.

There was a slight variation though in both the logo designs. In the first one, the fonts of the company name were housed within the interior of the roof top. In the second logo design, the graphic of the palm tree and house were placed in the extreme right corner of the design.
