Havasu Hills Realty is based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona 86404, Mohave County. The client is a residential real estate brokerage firm.

The client offered us no assistance in the initial stages of designing the logo. The entire future layout of the final design was left to the creative mind of our designer. As always, we handed our client two designs that were worth dying for. The first logo was a gorgeous graphic of the London Bridge spanning across the calm waters of an open blue sea. A graphic of mountainous terrain served as the backdrop in the upper right corner of the logo, while the graphic of hovering skyscrapers were displayed in the lower left of the logo design. The rugged terrain was displayed in a deep brown coloration. This made the logo designs blend well with the various types of stationery and embroidery backgrounds they were placed on. The second logo was similar to the first. The only element differentiating the two was the inclusion of the client's company name in the first one.
